She has expert knowledge of Autocad, 3D modeling (Sketch Up), architectural and detail design (including hand drawn presentation and concept sketches), project management, contract administration and construction legislation, as well as outstanding client relationship and financial awareness skills. Lourdes O’Donohue has extensive experience in a wide variety of project types notably in education, healthcare, commercial and residential, with construction costs varying from €20k to €3.75 million. Responsibilities include; Meeting with client to discuss individual requirements, formulate project brief and carry out site analysis. Preparation of concept sketches for presentation to and for approval of client. Developing designs for submission to Local Planning Authority. Preparation and submission of Fire Safety Certificate Application to Local Building Control Authority. Liaising with Design Team members throughout planning and preparation of tender, contract and construction stages. On-site management as design leader, running site meetings and coordinating and integrating the work of other design consultants and specialists.
